What ClueX processes

ClueX processes audio you select, screen content you explicitly capture, session transcripts, notes, and documents you add. Account email and purchase records are processed to provide access.

Where data is handled

Desktop transcription and saved sessions run and remain on your device. When Apple Intelligence is available, answers are generated on your device. Otherwise, the relevant question, recent transcript, selected context, and reviewed screen text are sent securely through ClueX to Google’s Gemini API to generate an answer. Personal context uploaded through the website is stored with Supabase. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments; ClueX stores verified payment events but does not store card details.

Your choices

You choose audio sources, whether to capture the screen, which documents to use, and whether to save a session. You may remove uploaded context and sign out at any time.
